Aquellos que buscan un notebook pensado desde cero para jugar normalmente deciden optar por un procesador Intel Core 2 Duo, por su mejor desempeño y disipación de calor en comparación con los Turion 64 X2 de AMD. Oponiéndose a esta inercia, ASUS está preparando un notebook extremo basado en una solución de AMD bajo el nombre de G2K, con un aire muy similar al G2S, que está basado en un procesador de Intel.
